ANKER Company is the first russian surf brand.
The company was founded by athletes and travelers Peter Tyushkevich and Egor Stepanizhov. The name the brand came from famous surf spot on Mauritius. Peter and Egor first started with creating customized printed wetsuits for themselves and friends and released the first collection of equipment and clothing in 2014 .
Today the company's manufactures range from surfboards for different types of waves and riding styles, to wetsuits for for surfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and freediving both for men and ladies as well as skateboards and clothing for outdoor activities and travel.
The entire cycle from idea to packaging executes in close cooperation between ANKER Company and the world's leading shapers and factories in Russia, China, Thailand, Taiwan and Indonesia. The team carefully monitors every stage of production and personally tests all equipment.
ANKER Company is the official partner of the National Junior Surfing Team.
In October 2015 russian junior team made the first showing at the ISA World Championship in Oceanside (California, USA) with the support of ANKER Company. The brand also regularly supports various russian competitions.
The team of ANKER Company constantly travels around the world visiting popular spots and exploring new locations for surfing both in Russia and abroad (Morocco, Portugal, Spain, France, Iceland, Indonesia, Taiwan, Mauritius and other countries). In the fall of 2015 Peter and Egor attended their first professional surf expedition to Iturup island (Kuriles).

The National Junior Surf Team with the support of ANKER Company participated in ISA World Junior Surfing Championship in the USA.
ISA World Junior Surfing Championship took place on 18th October in Oceanside, California.
Russian team took 30th place on the results of the team score, surpassing totals of previous Championship among juniors. This year Russian team supported by ANKER Company was represented by Egor Volkov and Nikita Avdeev (Under-16 Boys), Jonathan Malizia (Under-18 Boys) and Maddy Malizia (Under-16 Girls), who scored the greatest number of points for our team.
322 athletes from 36 countries competed in ISA WJSC 2015 championship, marking a new record number of participants.
ISA World Junior Surfing Championship is the main and most prestigious contest for young raiders. The first ISA WJSC competition took place in 1980, launching the career of now famous surfer Tom Curren. Then the championship discovered such surf stars as Gabriel Medina, Jordy Smith, Alejo Muniz, Filipe Toledo, Owen Wright, Laura Enever and Tyler Wright.
Next ISA competitions will be held on 17-24 September, 2016, in Portugal on Sao Miguel island (Azores archipelago). The last time such championship was held in Europe was in France in 2008. Russian team has already confirmed participation in the future competition. The team will be traditionally supported by russian first surf brand ANKER Company.
